INTRODUCTION
Melon is the second character made for SLAP, designed by @bread and unveiled on November 11, 2020 at 18:27 EST
She plays the traditional "female alternative character" role in SLAP, being an alternate character for Noob. If Melon is chosen at the start of the game, you unlock Noob after playing one round, and vice versa.
Unlike most female alternate characters, she possesses an entire moveset for herself, based around her involvement as a witch!
On February 26, 2025, Melon received a redesign by @nicksquared. All depictions of Melon going forward should use that depiction.

Melon was officially unveiled on November 11, 2020 at 18:27 EST by @bread in the form of an announcement. He showed off this image of Melon and promised her model would come shortly:
During Slap's character redesign era, Melon's origins as a witch comes from an anecdote @hera made regarding a sign in the Crossroads map.
@nicksquared enjoyed the idea, and as such Melon as we now see her in her redesigned form was born!
